The Instructor Training Course (ITC) is a 3 week course that consists of 120 hours. The first 2 weeks (80 hours) is the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) and the third week (40 hours) is the Intermediate Facilitator Skills Course (IFSC). The IFSC is for currently assigned instructors or those going to instructor duty.

ITC courses are scheduled primarily for newly assigned NCO Academy Cadre. Additional slots are offered to outside units as a courtesy. Class dates may be cancelled or changed based on the needs of the Academy. There is no standby status for ITC, all personnel that have a reserved seat will be sent a confirmation email the week prior. If you do not receive a confirmation email, there will not be a seat. See your unit schools representative to submit for a class date.

Report time: 0900 hours
Location: NCOA/BLDG 6055/RM 306
Uniform: Army Combat Uniform (ACU) – must be clean and serviceable
